This is a great book! The technique of addressing feelings inside as little particles of attention is very powerful. Rory makes it very clear and for the most part very accessible. I have done Focusing, The Work of Byron Katie, Sedona Method, and this fits beautifully with all of those. This book is a little gem. The approach is a unique blend of allowing and creation that has had a powerful effect on my life.
